BAM can help with our on-site service. We can also provide on-site service if you are having problems with an unsupported Internet software product or if you are having hardware difficulties with hardware which is not supported by your vendor.

On-site service is available for Strathroy and Area.

Our on-site service starts at $50 for basic setup and configuration which includes the setup of our Internet connection kit. This service usually takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the speed of your computer. Technical support for unsupported hardware and software is available for $40.00/hour with a one hour minimum.

All other on-site services are $40/hour with a one hour minimum.
